Terms of Service

VA Matters SMC Private Limited
Last updated: 16 September 2026

The short version

  • These Terms apply whenever you work with us without a signed agreement, including when you approve a proposal in writing, pay an invoice or payment link, or start monthly support. If you have signed an agreement with us, that agreement comes first.
  • Your scope, price and timeline are what your proposal, invoice or written approval says. Anything else is quoted and approved before we start it.
  • If you cancel before work starts, we refund what you paid minus payment processing fees. Once a project or milestone starts, its fees are non-refundable and you receive the work completed so far.
  • Monthly support renews each month until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • If something isn’t right, tell us first. We fix verified issues in our work, and we ask that you contact us before disputing a payment.
This summary is for convenience only. The full Terms below are what apply.
